4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to select regions, which may change without notice. Once an order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Shipping Policy for full details. In short: unopened and unused mats can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed once items are received and reviewed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
